Support Team Members
Labor-focused assistance for setup, breakdown, and on-site support — not design or styling consultation. 3-hour maximum per support member.
Setup Walkthrough Session
Pre-event guidance to walk you through your styling kit. Available in-person ($85) or virtually ($50).
Pickup & Repack Support
Post-event packing assistance to break down and repack rental inventory. Does not include cleaning of dishware, linens, or the venue.
Venue Concierge Support
Personalized assistance sourcing and securing a venue that fits your guest count, budget, and vision.
Day-Of Coordinator

Security Deposit Policy
Protecting our inventory, together.
- A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and Party Box bookings. Typical range is 20–30% of the rental subtotal, with a $150 minimum.
- The deposit is collected at booking and refunded within 7 business days after pickup, provided all inventory is returned clean, undamaged, and complete.
- Damaged, missing, or excessively soiled items are deducted from the deposit at replacement cost. Charges exceeding the deposit will be invoiced separately.
- Premium inventory (throne chairs, marquee letters, specialty linens, lighting) may require a higher deposit, disclosed in your custom quote.
Important Notes
- Pricing may increase based on event size, location, guest count, timeframe, customization, and holiday dates.
- Delivery, setup, and pickup fees are separate unless otherwise stated.
- Support team members assist with setup support and styling guidance but do not provide full-service event management unless booked separately.
- Rentals are available à la carte — you do not need to book a full Party Box to reserve inventory or services.
- Last-minute bookings may incur rush fees.
- Outdoor setups may require additional equipment and labor fees.
