What is Parties in a Box?+
It is a rentable event styling kit that gives you access to professionally selected decor and supplies for your celebration.
Do you set everything up?+
Full setup is not included in the DIY package. Setup support can be added, but full-service event setup and event management must be booked separately.
Do I get to keep the items?+
No. Most items are rentals and must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Is there a damage deposit?+
Yes. A refundable inventory deposit may be required and will be returned after all items are inspected.
Can I customize my theme?+
Yes. Clients can select colors, themes, and inspiration. Custom items may increase the package price.
Do you deliver?+
Delivery may be available based on location and availability. Pickup may also be offered.
Can I add vendors?+
Yes. Clients may add vendors such as balloon artists, DJs, emcees, photographers, bartenders, caterers, and more.
Policies
Care & Rental Policies
- A refundable security deposit of 20% of the total rental is required for every order.
- A valid credit card must remain on file and a valid government-issued ID must be uploaded before pickup or delivery.
- 50% of the total is due at booking. All remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 21 days before the event.
- Events booked within 21 days of the event date are subject to rush fees and may require substitutes based on inventory availability.
- All items are due back the next business day by 3:00 PM. Late returns will incur late fees.
- Pickup of rental items must be arranged in advance.
- Rental items must be returned clean, dry, and in good condition.
- Missing, broken, stained, or damaged items may result in replacement fees.
- Outdoor use must be approved in advance.
- Weather damage is the responsibility of the client.
- Open flames, wax, and permanent adhesives are not allowed unless approved.
- Final pricing depends on guest count, theme, customization, delivery needs, and selected add-ons.
